We have signed a collaboration agreement to offer health coverage to guests staying at our hotels; Carlos V and San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo.

The service includes 24-hour medical assistance, every day of the year, by telephone.

In this way, people staying in hotels will be able to call the specialized Quirónsalud G24 service whenever they need to, where the Digital Hospital protocol will be activated, offering a telephone medical consultation with Quirónsalud medical staff.


If the medical criteria of Hospital Digital indicate the need for in-person assistance, the patient will be referred to the Quirónsalud Toledo Hospital and a specific hospital circuit will be carried out with accompaniment and without language barrier upon arrival at the Quirónsalud Toledo Hospital.

This system facilitates assistance to tourists, especially international ones, as the G24 has a multilingual call center, available in up to 10 languages, which makes it easier for patients to explain their ailment.
