1. Does the hotel have parking?
Hotel San Juan de los Reyes has a private parking located in the same building of the hotel, it cost 19.90 euros/night/place. Use of the car park is under availability upon arrival. No places are reserved in advance.
We recommend that you arrive at the hotel with your car and stop in the area reserved for travellers (just in front of the hotel door), ask at the reception and we will inform you of all parking possibilities.
2. What time can I check in/check out?
Entry to the rooms of Hotel San Juan de los Reyes is from 2:00 p.m.
If you arrive earlier and the room is ready you can occupy it, if not, we can store your luggage until it is ready.
Departure can be made until 12:00 p.m. We have a storage room to leave your luggage if you wish.
3. Is breakfast included?
There is the option of booking breakfast at the time of making the booking at Hotel San Juan de los Reyes. If you do not have it booked, you can also have breakfast in our restaurant by informing the reception upon arrival.
It is a gastronomic breakfast with a combination of buffet and freshly cooked dishes. We have products suitable for celiacs and lactose-free. If you are going to need these products, please inform us in advance in the comments when making the reservation.
The cost of the gastronomic breakfast is 14.00 euros/person.
4. Does the room have a view?
All rooms at Hotel San Juan de los Reyes are exterior, although only some of the hotel rooms have views of the cigarrales area. These rooms are subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
5. Does the room have a shower?
All rooms at Hotel San Juan de los Reyes have a hydromassage bathtub except the adapted rooms that have a shower.
6. Do the rooms have a double bed?
The small double rooms, the deluxe double rooms with jacuzzi, the family rooms and the superior double room have a double bed.
Deluxe double rooms can have a double bed or two beds. If you have a preference, please request it in the comments when making the reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, although we will not be able to confirm it until check-in at the hotel.
7. Extra beds and cots.
At Hotel San Juan de los Reyes we have extra beds suitable for children up to 10 years old. We do not have extra beds for adults. The supplement is 20 euros/night. Extra beds are limited so you can check availability in advance by phone or WhatsApp or indicate it in the comments when making the reservation.
We have cots for babies from 0 to 2 years old. The cot is free and can be requested in the comments when making the reservation.
The maximum number of cots allowed per room is 1.
It is not possible to put an extra bed and a cot in the room except in the family room, which is prepared for it.
8. Romantic package in the room.
If you are celebrating a special occasion, Hotel San Juan de los Reyes offers a romantic package in the room that includes: vava, chocolates and petal coverage.

9. Airport transfer service.
Hotel San Juan de los Reyes offers transfer from the airport to the hotel and back with a private driver for an additional fee. We can manage your transfer with prior booking, for more information contact us directly.

If you are looking to surprise someone on a special occasion, but you are not going to stay with them, Hotel San Juan de los Reyes offers the possibility of giving a stay at the hotel as a gift through a gift voucher.
